Never crush a stink bug, pick them up with a Kleenex, paper towel etc, drop them in comode, flush.when you crush a stink bug, other stink bugs smell it & come to its defense(lots of them will be there by the next day)

I have been fighting with stink bugs for 5 year! They originally got into the house from a hole between the roof and wall. I have a cheap drop ceiling hundreds a day were coming out from the panels. I used the vacuum to suck them up and then flushed them down the toilet. Since we rent and the homeowner would not do anything I had to solve the problem as cheaply as possible. The house is about 80 years old and there were to many places to try to caulk. 1st we fixed the main entry hole. I diligently vacuumed them then I took clear packing tape and taped every crack no matter how small. I also put gain dryer sheets in the areas where they were most prevalent. Changing them often to keep the strong odor. This year I had maybe 50 total! They were even living in my curtain rods! Catch them quickly they multiply before you know that you have them!
How do you get rid of stink bugs once they have already entered your home? Use a vacuum cleaner for their removal. Dispose of the vacuum bag immediately to prevent odor from permeating the area, as dead stink bugs leave a residue inside the bag that can stink up your home.
