Block off or screen up all the holes or attic vents where they are coming in. Here is a link!

There is no effective bat repellent for example that can do the job easily. The proper way to get rid of them is to exclude the colony - seal off 100% of possible secondary entry points on the home and remove all of the bats from the building safely. It is often very challenging, and it must be done just the right way.
To eliminate more entering, you need to pinpoint how they are coming in.
getting rid of them is a professional's job - fine screening, and caulking around windows and vents is the only way to keep them out.
we had bats in the barn attic after plugging all entryways with the mess screen we were only able to completely get rid of them by installing 2 glass pannels on each side for light to flow through. We also installed a outside automatic poll light
Best way to find how they are coming and going is to stand outside right before dark and you will see them fly out. Most likely a slotted vent. Go to hardware store and buy some 1/4" hardware cloth and some wooden or metal moulding and apply it to the inside of the vent, using nails or screws plus washer.
