Fix more beams to support it going the other way.
The sagging beam would need to be jacked up and 2x boards sistered to the sides beam to keep it from sagging.

A log beam. You didn't mention that. Best solution would be to cut any nails, remove any bolts, supports and spin the beam so the sag is facing up. The weight of the roof and time should straighten it out.
