What do i do to my clematis vine for the winter?

Leave it until next spring to distinguish the dead wood to be cut
If you still have the tag...it should tell you if it is one that needs to be cut back or left. Either way I usually leave it until Spring but do heap some dirt and mulch around the base now for winter protection
Leave it alone.
