Unfortunately, the underside of laminate flooring is made of particle board. When particleboard gets wet, it swells and bubbles, and there is no way to fix it. You could try replacing the damaged boards if you have extras available.
Michele is correct. The substrate swells when it gets wet. No way to repair.
You could try an iron on top of a piece of wax paper. Low heat and be sure not to touch the bare floor with the iron.. I have done this and it does work if there is enough glue left. All you are doing is reheating the glue while putting a little weight on to flatten. You could also try tin foil.
I would try the iron. It might help it to look OK. But you will not restore it to what it looked like before.
I had hot water leak 4 years ago. ServePro ran big fans for a week, did the trick. Had permanent damage on a spot that was banged before it dried out. This was on a crawl space house. Some edge pieces were removed and propped up to allow air flow, but this was a large area. For a snow globe amount of water, it's worth the try.
