Dry cleaner should have been able to remove it....take it back and ask them.
Try blotting it with a bit of dishwasher detergent mixed with warm water. That should help lift the stain.

If it's really white, and the dry cleaner has done all he/she can, try a little straight bleach on a q-tip. Then wash as usual. And if it's not really a true white, and you've exhausted other methods to no avail, give the bleach a try anyway. Whatever dye is in the shirt may stick in the shirt better than the coffee.
