You would need a structural engineer and concrete contractor.
William is correct.... this is NOT something you want to DIY without advice from a Structural Engineer... one who specializes in turn of the century homes... HomeAdvisor.com or AngiesList.com should be able to help you find a reputable one and the Engineer or the websites be able to recommend a reputable contractor too...
There may be some things that you CAN do... but you need to know what HAS to be done first.
I agree with the others, please do not attempt to fix this on your own. A structural engineer can advise you properly and legally.
That is for a professional, we had our walls done 8 years ago. Because they were caving in from the pressure of the ground.
Please, call a structural engineer. Your question should be not only "how to repair", but "what is causing this and how to stop it from getting worse".
