Refinishing camper trailer question

bunk in the last part of the trailer up on the top I would like to keep so I can use it for storage. I know I need to paint The bottom but I would like to use plastic boxes square boxes to set up their how can I make them stay in place while traveling on the road

cargo net on the bottom bunk. I have one for the back end of tahoe. Works great.

I did the same thing in a small camper. The four totes I used filled the space without any additional work because the bunk already has a lip all around which held the mattress in place. If you need additional keepers for the base of the totes you can use what ever wood scapes that fit with liquid nails to secure them. If you want to stack totes you can use bungee cords and screw down pad eyes where needed. I hope this helps.
How about keeping them in place with a bungee cord?
