Some of these aren't the exact chair you have, but they have the cloth on the arms, so hope these help:

    Why not paint the chair

Carefully take the existing cover off and use it for a pattern... pay attention to how it comes off... and you will reverse the process to put it back together... the welting or cording could be in a contrasting color as could the buttons.

Chairs similar to these are selling for between $400-$500 each. The frames are made from excellent quality wood. In taking apart mine to refinish and recover them, I found that when you unscrew the arms from the chair seat, you will find that the back of the chair is pegged on between the arms (no screws!). Just pull the arms off the back carefully, to avoid breaking the pegs. When you put the chair back together, make sure the fabric is cut away (very carefully, and not larger than the hole) from the holes the pegs to slide into. I use very small scissors for this job. This is a very worthwhile project - if you use good quality upholstery fabric that you really like and is neutral enough or wild enough, you won't have to redo them for a decade, or more. I like to put down a 1/2 plywood base on the seat instead of rewebbing it. Trim the new wood base so it is 1/4" smaller all around, and I sometimes add a cross support under the chair. You can use new 2.5" thick pink upholstery foam for a very comfortable seating experience that will not sag out over time, or if heavier people sit on it. That pink foam is not expensive if you buy it directly from an upholstery shop, just take your chair seat and back with you and they will be able to cut it exactly to fit correctly (usually they cut it for free). Take your time and enjoy the process. The other benefit of a chair with these arms, is that the elderly, or anyone with leg problems, is able to use the arms to get up and down more easily. They are GOOD chairs!
