Just an FYI.. My master bathroom has no handles or knobs on the doors or drawers. There are 4 doors and 2 drawers. I'm able to open them with ease by just putting my fingers under or at any edge of the door or drawer. The only way I can think of if you really need 100% flush knobs, would be to create a hole larger than the knob but not cutting all the way through the wood so that the knob, when attached, would be flush with the edge of the door. You'd need to leave a hole around the knob to fit your fingers in so you can pull the drawer out. If you have a little bit of "play" with the 100% mount, you might be able to find some kind of folding handle like the ones here:

Check in the indurstrial/ gate hardware section of your home improvement store (Lowe's and Home Depot both have one) and look for a square mount with a flush ring... in stainless or black... they might work for what you need
HHad the de issue by my dishwasher hitting the cabinet doors, I flipped my cabones doors to inside out before painting so now I can get my fingers behind them without hamdles. You could cut a 45 degree angle at the bottom edge of the drawer fronts so you could open them by pulling on the bottom.
You can purchase pocket door pull hardware that is counter sunk into the wood. Perhaps this might work for you? Here are three common styles:
Cheap and easy. Use a hole saw to drill a hole in the center of the drawer and in the upper corner of doors. Just put your finger in the hole to open cabinets. Maybe borrow from a neighbor. They look like this https://www.homedepot.com/p/Milwaukee-2-in-Hole-Dozer-Hole-Saw-with-Arbor-49-56-9667/202327737. Come in different diameters.
