How to get cooked on non stick spray off stainless pans

I've tried vinegar and baking soda, but it didn't work. They are brand new used this one time.

    First..scrub it off with non scratch scrubber. Second..never use spray oil in pan.

    You may try some acetone, it will not hurt the stainless. Using well ventilated area.

    This may sound drastic but it might work. Try acetone and an abrasive pad, both available at most hardware stores.The acetone should soften the cooked and hardened oil while the abrasive pad will cut the surface and allow the acetone to work more aggressively. Do this in a well ventilated area, preferably outside and away from flame sparks or other possible sources of ignition, (Acetone is extremely flammable). Wash the pans thoroughly before using again.

    (I thought non-stick cooking spray was supposed to prevent that sort of problem, not cause it?)

    Put baking soda in the pan, and fill over the burnt line. Cook on stove simmer for ,20 minutes then scrape B/,S 1/4 cup.
