You can get Kilz at home depot. Spray over the stain and then paint over it. Eucalyptus will weep in high humidity. I learned that the hard way also.
Could you hang a mirror, picture or other decoration over the spot to hide it until it's time for a repaint? Rubbing alcohol will remove some oil marks but I don't know how it would react to flat paint. Do NOT try fingernail polish remover, it does not play well with painted surfaces.
Test the alcohol on an inconspicuous spot before using it on a plainly visible spot.
Start by lightly sanding it with a sander block, then paint.
i wonder if Goof Off would work. Spray it on the wall and then put a paper towel over the area so that the Goof Off stays in place. Check it in a few minutes to see if it's working.
It may be dried, but the oils left in them is what makes them continue to have the nice smell they have for a while. I would use the Kilz and paint over the spot. Flat paint doesn't like cleaning, it tends to come off on the rag or sponge I try to clean it with, but still leaves the spot.
Pretty much you can by it any grocery your home-improvement store. Walmart has it for sure.
Best and easiest would be to prime and paint. Happy Thanksgiving!
