How do you repair a brick wall?

Our basement has a brick wall which is crumbling. What is the best way to replace the mortar and repair the wall?

    You may need professional advice on this problem. There are ready made concrete products available on the market that only require mixing with water. Depends on the damage and the size of the problem area.

    The question should be why is it crumbling and how to stop it from doing that.

    You have a moisture/water problem on the outside of the wall. Before trying to repair you need a foundation waterproofing contractor to solve the problem.

    Since the foundation supports your house, I would have a mason come in to do the repairs.
