Try the tips on this site: https://www.cleanipedia.com/gb/laundry/get-paint-clothes
I have "painting outfits" - old t-shirts, shorts, jeans so that I do not have to worry about getting the paint out. I use them for any "dirty" jobs.
According to the site "LifeStyle," if it's an oil-based paint you need to attack the problem ASAP, before the paint dries. Try reading paint can for solutions:
From "LifeStyle":
"In general, oil-based stains should be treated immediately by applying white spirit or turpentine from the reverse side of the fabric - though not on fabrics like rayon, acetate or triacetate. If the paint is allowed to dry, a skin forms and the stain is impossible to remove. But remember there are many different paints and it is best to consult the paint manufacturer for specific advice." I would try calling the paint store, too, if you're determined to save your clothing. The agents there may have advice. Best of luck.
