Start by taking a picture, and go to the paint department in Homedepot, and ask them for their help. They'll be glad to help, they want you to by your paint there.
I would love to follow this because we have those pits on our cement or concrete I don't know the difference, porch which is covered but living in northern Illinois you still get rain, snow and sometimes hail on it. I realize that the previous owners had painted it since the blue is fading away.
