You said to use as a tv stand? Chalk paint it to match or bring some color from your rug or a small detail color to be pulled out of a piece of your furniture. This could apply to any room you choose. Right now I'm working on painting furniture black then going back and staining it dark brown to give it a deep rich color. Just some ideas. Pat
