If they are dishwasher safe, add citric acid to the compartment where rinse aid goes, it words great to make clear shiny dishes.

If your glasses have not been etched by a dishwasher, then a good soaking in warm water, vinegar, and a few drops of Dawn should soften whatever the residue is. After half an hour, use a soft cloth or sponge to wash out the glasses. Then rinse and polish them with a dry soft cloth. Best wishes 😇
Can they be put in the dishwasher? If so, use Lemi-Shine Booster , a citric booster for the dishwasher. It took all the cloudy residue off all my dishes.
Wipe them with barkeepers friend. Wont scratch.
try ammonia it works great for cleaning windows. Instructions for correct dilution on jug
If you have washed them in the dishwasher there is a good chance they are etched and not just dirty. There is nothing you can do for them except replace them.
