Ideas for a Master Bedroom Mini-Makeover

When I realized we wouldn't be getting that master bedroom addition, I decided it was time for a mini-makeover of our current master. My easy ideas for a small makeover: paint, new bedding, and switching up some accessories.
This bedroom isn't in line with the rest of the decor in my house, but that's ok. I love it and that is what is most important.
The new bedding freshened up the space and added a pop of color.
I kept my DIY corbel shelving, but switched up some accessories.

I really like the headboard. Would love to know the dimension to make a queen or full size reproduction of it. Would you be willing to share the instructions on how to make the headboard?

@Kenneth Atcherson Hi Kenneth! I didn't make the headboard. I purchased it from Sears a few years back. It is a queen size. The main part is 70 inches wide and the highest it comes up is about 56 inches. The "wings" on the side are 8 1/2 inches wide at the widest point and come up about 54 inches. Hope that helps!
