The Garden Frog with C Renee on Mar 27, 2014I would look into flagstone patio. There are some beautiful flagstone that many of the places get in. It is an expense but well worth it! I used to live in QC and sold lots of rock and flagstone for patios and garden areas. I live in VA now and miss the beautiful stone that comes out of the west. check out the larger Quint City stone-I dealt with them years ago and they have just about everything in stone and rock. Good luck!Helpful Reply

Jeanette S on Mar 27, 2014Find out what kind of stone is best for your part of the country and use that. If you put in an irregular shaped patio, you can easily replace any stones that might become damaged. You can even incorporate curves to leave a space for flower pots. Good luck.
