Mitch on Mar 26, 2014I've installed one in our front yard. It is very easy to do and looks great. Only issue is that I have to regularly add water due to evaporation.Helpful Reply

Ponds Patios and Waterfalls Co. on Mar 29, 2014Check out www.aquascapeinc.com they invented it, perfected it and have the best pondless system on the market. The main thing to keep in mind is the size of the catch basin. It must be able to hold all the water in the feature when it is turned off plus stay full enough to run the feature when turned back on. You can also make the system sustainable by piping water from your rain gutters into the basin.Helpful Reply

Ponds Patios and Waterfalls Co. on Mar 29, 2014No offense to Joyce Stewart but don't follow the ehow instructions. Use a geotextile underlayment instead of sand and use Aquablox to fill space in the basin. Aquascape sells a kit with everything you will need to do it right except the rock...BTW sandstone can be a problem in a water feature. Some may start to disintegrate and string algae is an issueHelpful Reply
