Angie Snip Morrow on Mar 27, 2014I think it could be as Anna said above, Spinach, or possibly chard. Those were my first guesses based on the leaf in the center. Although, usually spinach/chard is planted with several seeds, not individually like we do the tomatoes and peppers... Linda Bailey on Mar 29, 2014You can tell it is spinach by the length and shape of the first leaves, that turn into "true" spinach shaped leaves. Do not feel badly about not labeling, I do it all the time. As the plants get bigger, you can figure out what you have.Helpful Reply
