Bar Cart Styling: Picture Frame Tray

Easy
My first step to create a stylish bar cart was to organize my glasses. I went about this in a bit of a quirky way. I upcycled a picture frame into a tray to hold glasses on my bar cart. Check it out!
Lining up wine, martini and champagne glasses in rows looks nice, but I think this tray takes it one step farther. It’s just a little more interesting to look at and it creates a defined space for the glasses to go.
You can do this with any picture frame and make it unique by inserting your pretty scrapbook paper or artwork into the frame.
I used a vintage fish poster in my picture frame. It's pretty quirky, but I feel like it fits with a bar cart.
What do you think of using a picture frame as a tray? Do you think it works with the bar cart?

Iridescent on May 23, 2014I like it. I think maybe you should get a thicker wooden picture frame and put handles on it..
