The Garden Frog with C Renee on Apr 01, 2014Are your drains clogged? You do have cleanouts for drains under the house. I would get a second opinion. Backing up is either a drain or maybe even a vent pipe blocked. When we moved into our fixer upper they previous people flushed cigarettes, condoms, tampons, and all kinds of stuff and it was soooo gross! We also discovered that one drain pipe had also become too level to drain away and that had to be fixed. either way, you should have to replace pipes that are cracked or leaking. You may need to have them snaked and cleaned by a professional. good luckHelpful Reply
