My $5 thrift store find gets a new life. A new wood base, rope handles and a lath wood top make a style that can go in any room.

Thanks for the idea(s), Deb Hrabik! When we remodeled our old farmhouse and tore out walls so we could insulate, I had my husband save all of the old lath, and have used it for picket fencing and some picture framing, and I think I'll make or remake a table top or end table using some of the lath.
