Adrianne C on Apr 02, 2014If it were any other place I'd use a heat gun, but not sure about the ceiling! That'll be a job reaching upwards with paint remover.Helpful Reply

Lisa Olson on Apr 02, 2014You more than likely will encounter lead paint under the surfaces. Why not repaint in a beautiful shade to compliment your kitchen? I repainted mine in a chocolate brown with a bronze glaze over it and I love it...Helpful Reply

Darla on Apr 06, 2014The only way I could think of to do this is to get the kind of paint stripper that you apply, then put a fabric strip over the back and pull off the paint after it's softened. Or you could take off the panels, soak them and put them back up after they're stripped. You could try this with just one to see if it will work.Helpful Reply
