How to remove caulking from around the commode?

Jennifer G on Apr 03, 2014I've had good luck with very hot, wet towels. Especially with super dried out caulking. Just put the wet towels on the caulking and wait a few minutes… Be aware that a heat gun gets HOT (I know, I'm stating the obvious) and can damage flooring so use care not to burn vinyl tiles, linoleum or carpeting. Tile is usually okay, but they can crack if the heat is too direct for too long.Helpful Reply
