So I found this ugly duckling of a lamp at a flea market. For a bucket it was a steal, although it looked as if I should have paid to guy just to take it off his hands.
But that old light got repurposed into five different projects. This is the first one.

Just a little paint and a porcelain candle holder: together they make for a nice new candle stick that goes so well with the other ones I already had.
Next time check out the base on old lamps, they might be turned into awesome candle sticks.
