Painting with Chalk Paint
The recipe I used for the chalk paint was latex paint mixed with Joint Compound [which is basically Calcium carbonate]
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Dee on Apr 08, 2014Thank you both, I will lightly sand. I cannot believe how smooth it looks. I am going to seal with a semigloss latex paint since it is on door trim. Now I cannot wait to work on some kind of furniture project.Helpful Reply
