Grow Your Herbs Indoors in This Cute DIY Project.

I have herbs on my deck in large pots and big variety of them. But sometimes I just want my most often used ones closer at hand. I was at Michael's the other day and saw this cute farmer's market style container on sale. I could see it made over into a DIY project for my herbs. I already had the used Mason jars, and just needed to do a bit of crafting for the rest of the project.I even made free printable herb labels too!
The container was plain. I had to stencil the flowers and use chalk for the words.
These printable labels added a nice touch to the jars and let me know which seeds I had planted
I found one parsley plant but had to plant seeds for the tarragon and thyme.See the cute DIY project here:

Roxanne StephensAnderson on Apr 14, 2014Never thought to use a canning jar..love the idea of these smaller sized jars to be able to just snip as needed from the window sill.
