DIY - Vintage Yardstick Memo Board - and a GIVEAWAY!

I made this memo board in an effort to keep myself more organized. And of course, organization can be both beautiful AND functional! These old yardsticks from my collection give the project a vintage industrial feel that I love. I hope you'll visit me at breidawithab.com to see more of the vintage industrial farmhouse that I call home. You can also get the details on how to enter my GIVEAWAY - up for grabs are 3 vintage yardsticks from my collection!
An almost endless paper roll for the endless grocery list - a cute little (removable) clipboard, and a place to stash outgoing mail - it's got everything I need in a nice compact space!
The mail holder is made from scrap wood and pieces of a few old yardsticks.
This is the cutest little clipboard. It's 6"x9" I've got it hung on a nail so that I can take it around the house with me to keep me moving on the chore list!
I'm so pleased with the way that this paper roll came out. I used one more yardstick piece to make a paper cutter. I purchased the paper from an office supple store - but they just sold me one of their register tapes! It's just over 3" wide - perfect for a grocery list!
