A desk repurposed into a kitchen work center with a Corian counter find! Prior showing the desk with a table cover but no more!
Corian by Dupont is a non porous surface ideal for food prep etc.
Drawers were removed and replaced with some ruffle curtain fronts. The wooden vintage barrel holds all the rags for clean up etc.I painted the sturdy wicker desk a coffee color.
Kitchen dish towels are kept in the top drawer and a vintage cutter hangs as knob jewelry.
A make shift shelf holds my favorite things with some new such as the heavy iron hooks . The dough bowl holds eggs ready for some color. Amethyst glasses, coke bottles and a vintage sifter , home to a little wooden rooster.
