Goat Forage in Your Backyard

If you live on acres of land, finding forage for your goats isn't quite as hard as trying to find it in your backyard. BUT, I bet you have more forage options than you think you have!
Here are a few things you may be growing right now that make wonderful supplements for your backyard herd.
Even Ivy has its uses when it comes to backyard forage. My goats like it best when it dries out and gets crunchy - goat potato chips!
Make sure you have access to a good poisonous plants list, just to be safe. Sunflower seeds and rose hips are safe thought - got those hanging around the yard?
