Bright Guest Bath Remodel

After updating my guest bath when we moved in to our home, I soon became tired of the green color I painted it. This bath remodel is a perfect example of what a little paint can do to transform a space.
This is how our bathroom originally looked when we moved in. Horrible!
This is a picture of the bathroom updated and painted green. Not bad, not that great either. Honestly, it just wasn't the look I really wanted for this space. I was trying to warm it up with the color but it was a bit of a fail.
I wanted to lighten up the space but not with white, so I decided to use a cool cream to differentiate between the white mirror and vanity. I found the perfect color at Home Depot called Talc by Martha Stewart. She knew what she was doing when she designed this color. I got one gallon in an eggshell finish. Since I was painting over a dark green color I primed the walls first, then I went at it with the cream color.
It turned out exactly how I wanted it to. It's bright, cheery & crisp. The bathroom looks a lot bigger than it did originally. I bought some knick knacks from Michaels (plant, flower dish & crate) I already had the three bird pictures from Decor Steals. It all came together! I hope you liked my post.
