Peppermint Bath Salt Recipe
Don’t you just love to soak in a hot bath after working in the garden all day? With a few easy ingredients, that bath can be even better! We all know that an Epsom Salts Bath is great for aching muscles but did you know that it can help relieve a migraine? Yep, add some baking soda and it’s a great skin softener and detox as well. A few drops of your favorite essential oil and you have your very own spa treatment right at home. I love concocting my own beauty products and this is one of my absolute favorite bath salt recipes.
I should add a Disclaimer here….I am not a doctor nor do I play one on TV. So don’t take my word as gospel and do your own research before using this recipe.Important Note: some essential oils should not be used during pregnancy!

Makes a wonderful gift!
Super simple recipe using some basic ingredients.
Make sure you use pure essential oils, not the scented oils used for candle making and other crafts.

Mary Jane Dlr on Apr 19, 2014Great idea, can't wait to try it and start relaxing in the tub. Several questions: How is this good for a headache, and how do you use it? Thank you! MJ
