We have been trying to stretch our money as far as we can. Life here in Juneau is 15 -25% more expensive than the lower 48. Couponing does not seem to work here since we do not have a CVS or Walgreens. Fred Meyer, Walmart, Safeway and SuperBear are the main shopping places here in the valley. Costco is another go to store here in Juneau. We may be the only people in the city who does not have a membership. We plan on it, just have not had the time or money to get one yet.With all this being said, I am starting to make some of our cleaning products at home. This will be more healthy for us and cheaper too.
With just four ingredients, this super easy recipe will last you months since you only use a tablespoon at a time.
