Mother's Day Gift Ideas
Give a gift that keeps giving. Plant an area with flowers and edibles that your mother will enjoy for months. If she doesn't have a lot of space, plant up a container garden.
Yarrow with loose leaf lettuce and basil
Edible and ornamental. Add a border of lettuce and basil or parsley. When summer weather sets in replace the lettuce with all different types of basil. Keep harvesting before flowers form and you will have plenty of basil for pesto, salads and your favorite Italian dishes.
