Repurposed Bowls and Tins Into Tiered Stands

Get more storage space by going UP! I never seem to have enough storage or space on my counters, so I began creating tiered stands from a variety of vintage bowls and tins.
For the center column of the stand, I usually use portions of antique headboards, or table legs.
I scour yard sales & flea markets looking for the perfect well-aged pieces to create my stands. I specifically love finding metal pans with pretty patina and old enamelware bowls.
Sometimes I paint and distress them, but if the wood has aged nicely, I leave them unpainted.
My husband and I work on these together - I select the pieces and do the paintingand he assembles them. We've created dozens of them now, which I sell in my online shop.
