Our Outdoor Space on the Lower Deck and a Strange Dog!

We have the lower deck of our outdoor space ready for spring and naps!
I tea and ironed vinegar stained a wooden table top for an instant aged look.
A few new cushions and pillows and a hammock hanging in the trees and we're ready for spring...as soon as the wind stops blowing!

Close up of the aged table top.
The top was painted with the tea. The bottom is being painted with ironed vinegar. The aging affect is instant. The instructions for the aging technique are on the website. Simply scroll down to popular posts on the right side of Country Design Style.
I added candle cups with water to the birdcage chandelier to hold fresh flowers.
Time for a nap? The hammock is ready.
Here's our strange dog! When the back door opens, Bella runs directly to the little door and window I made years ago. I guess she's waiting for someone to come out and play. She stands there waiting while I'm working in the workshop.
