Baking soda is pretty freaking great. Like great with a capital “G.” You can use it for a wide range of tasks – from de-stink trash cans to unclogging showerheads, and it’s totally non-toxic. Win, win! http://bit.ly/1uuNaJl

If we had one little, itsy-bitsy complaint about Mr. B-Soda, it’s this: generic smell. We’re not saying that it’s bad. Not at all! It’s just a little neutral.

Until now.

Here’s little trick to naturally improve the scent of your baking soda and turn it into an all-purpose cleaner.

You’ll Need:

¼ cup of Arm & Hammer baking soda

1 cup water

juice from one lemon

When you’re ready to clean a surface at home (counters, floors, tiles, etc.), grab these ingredients and mix them together. Tip: Be careful to avoid getting any lemon seeds in the mixture.

Congratulations, you know have a fresh smelling all-purpose cleaner! The Arm & Hammer baking soda will clean and de-stink, while the lemon leaves a pleasant fruity aroma in the room you clean.
