Easy Ways to Decorate Your Door

Decorating your door can be as simple as hanging a thrifted frame and a bird house! Done!
I love empty frames. You can use them alone or add something to the middle.

I found this frame at my local thrift store. Grabbed a metallic brushed nickle spray paint that would go well with the house and gave it a face lift.

I already had a hook on the door and simply just hung the frame on the hook.

The bird house also had a hook that hooked over the top of the frame. The bird house hits the door when the door is closed, but we've learned to close the door gently. It's only up for about 3 weeks anyway.

Simple and pretty. Just ask Maybelline.

Maybe some felt would stop the birdhouse from plunking the door. Or a tiny rubber stopper thingy.

A Command strip would stop the birdhouse from bouncing.
