Chalk paint

I am new to that. I am consider about the chalk paint, what you prefer to use chalk paint DIY chalk paint or Annie Sloan chalk paint? ASCP is best brand but too expensive for low budget what is your suggestion.

I was not happy with it although many seen to love it. Too expensive, not satisfied with the coverage or the look. I can use another no prep, no prime paint and be done in half the time.
