A Builder Approved Two Part Quick Fix for Pitted Paint

A portion of the old paint on the exterior siding of our old house has been removed with a heat gun. In some cases this created collateral damage. Here is a two-part quick fix technique that applies to any type of pitting of paint. I was introduced to it when I worked professionally with a builder and have had good success with it through the years.
While I am usually of the belief that most jobs and/or tasks can be accomplished with any number of products, this is one case where I find two products almost absolutely indispensable.
