Create a starburst mirror with flat ware from the thrift shop and a cheap round mirror.
This is the final piece, hung over my fireplace :) Check out the full tutorial on my blog! No one knew it was flat ware knies until they got up close ;)
Here's the supplies you'll need - plus an adhesive to keep it all together. Flat ware from the thrift shop - I used knives. And a round mirror. This one has a plastic frame and I got it on clearance at Target. You can get a mirror cut if you can't find one to buy like this.
Use spray paint to customize the color to your decor. I used a bronze color by RustOleum but you can use whatever color you want, even a COLOR like purple or green! Be sure to tape off the mirror itself so it does not get paint on it.
