Antique Carved Buffet

The Rustic Duchess
by The Rustic Duchess
This piece had seen better days. It had some water damage that made the doors and drawers stick. The shelves inside were loose and a few structural pieces in the base were missing. After some sanding, planing, and cutting we got it functional again. It was painted with in Franciscan Grey. The amazing details were accented with Winter White Glaze Effects and the whole piece was sealed with High Performance Top Coat in Flat.
A close up of some of the stunning details.
Here's how it looked when we found it.

Here's a little chest I changed to silver with black accents. So I know exactly where you are coming from. :)

Your dresser is stunning, what a beautiful piece and the curves on the dresser look so tactile you must be so proud of it, thanks for sharing.
