french drain not working

Our french drain isn't working! I've tried to clean it out ,using a high pressure nossle on my hose, from both the catch drains as well as the end of the french drain. It's still blocked! The drain is about 25' long with 2 catch basins & is in a Y configuration & empties into a ditch. Would appreciate any advice asap as we have been getting torrential rain here in South Louisiana.

put some rit dye in one basin at a time and see if it makes it out to narrow down where the problem is; then you may need to "dig deeper"
