Create a Modern Oudooor Space Using Vintage Furniture + Thrifted Finds

I had a vision of mcm when I changed up my outdoor spaces this spring. It was going to be a major investment. But part way through the process, my budget was busted by some unexpected home expenses. Using bold color, thrifted pieces, + searching out seasonal markdowns, I was still able to get the look - only at a fraction of the price.
These swivel chairs were freebies and were exactly the modern look I was after. Once restored, they became the feature in this outdoor space.
Bright color was brought into the neutral space by updating a pair of vintage chairs and adding a colorful rug found on mark-down in the seasonal section.
This vintage Salterini table is a rare find that I've been holding on to for years + kept stored away. I knew I'd eventually find a place for the pair.
Small accessories are so easy to find at local thrift stores. The geometric design of this $2 vase fits in perfectly with the modern feel. Add a succulent, and you're living in classic mid century! I hope you enjoyed visiting my new space. Hop over to my blog to see more finds and get details on where I scored them.
