Cj on Jun 04, 2014I have no experience in this and have a black thumb on home repairs. I believe I see the ripples you have. If they are too much to sand even with an elec sander, is it possible to add a straight molding over the ripple so it cover it?Helpful Reply

Cindy Carley on Jun 04, 2014These are the only photos we have. It was taken standing, looking down at the floor & tiles samples and show the bathroom cabinet. If you look close the wood is "rippled" around the edges and I'm thinking we need to cut that off, before painting........because it "dates" the cabinet!?!? Sorry!Helpful Reply

Jeanette S on Jun 05, 2014I am not a carpenter type so I can offer no solutions, but I have some scallops I would like to get rid of too on my kitchen cabinets, but I would have to redo the entire kitchen once I did! So, if I planned to spend the money on a new floor and top, I would just take out this cabinet and replace it...they are not that expensive! One of those new space saver cabinets (thinner from front to back) make a bathroom look so updated!Helpful Reply

Cindy Carley on Jun 05, 2014Sure appreciate your suggestion and if "money" was no object for the kids....we'd do that. But it's not in the "budget" so won't be able to do that! Let alone there is a 1/2 wall just to the right of the cabinet, that separates the sink/cabinet with the toilet! To much cost and work to remove everything. They are needing to get everything done as "economically" as possible!!! Thank you for your suggestion, though!!Helpful Reply
