Up-cycled wicker chairs!

Chelsea Spells
by Chelsea Spells
I had some old wicker chairs that I have sanded and painted and upholstered. I absolutely love them! Sorry it's not a tutorial but it's pretty easy. Just sand and painted the trim white. The inside mesh is tiffany blue. The fabric I bought on etsy through JennyLeeGeneralStore. I love the way they turned out!
Sanded the old, painted the new!
finished product. have three more to finish.

Well done! It's lovely! I have a similar looking chair only plainer. Everything is rattan except the missing seat, which I believe was a cane seat. I was going to replace the seat with plywood cut to the shape I need, repaint the whole thing and then make or purchase an upholstered cushion to cover the plywood. it's fall here now so that project is on hold til next spring. Can't wait to give it a try!! Thx for your inspiration!
