Lexi on Jun 17, 2014I would assume it was just heavy duty construction grade Caulk. That's what they tend to put in small cracks with water issues. If your looking to just fill in the cracks or even redo all of it, I would just look for construction grade outdoor caulk that's waterproofHelpful Reply

Becky on Oct 01, 2016They use to make a product called damn tight. It was used to seal inside of cisterns. First you need to scrape off all the old and flacky. Then apply the product. You need good ventilation it smells. You can paint over it. Also Lowes sells a product called quickwall. With this outside you can actually use over block without mortar to build a wall. Again you need to scrap and clean wall before applying by using a large brush. But most important you need to add a drain away from your house.Helpful Reply
