How long should a bit last?

We have a CNC router. We are cutting 1/2 baltic birch plywood. We use a single flute Solid Carbide Compression Spiral (part #60-110) and Double flute Solid Carbide Max Life Compression Spiral (part #60-113MW). They seem to always snap after about 15 boards. Is this typical or are we doing something wrong? We have tried to change the settings.

I don't know all the details of router use, though we have three, we have never had a problem with snap. Ever. And we do allot of routing as we are making all our window and door trim in our home. I'm going to call our @KMS Woodworks and see what Kevin thinks.

@You're welcome Anne. If Kevin doesn't check in soon, I'm sure he's busy working, you might want to check and see if there's a woodworkers shop in your area that could help you. I wonder if it has something to do with the adhesives in the plywood that is causing the trouble?
